Sample Projects

Full Boiler & chiller replacement

Provided design and installation of a 125-ton water-cooled chiller and 49 hp gas fired boiler for an older church facility.

The project included piping design, demolition of the existing steam boiler, heat exchangers and associated equipment and piping.

CENTRIFUGAL CHILLER REPLACEMENTS, VFDs REBUILDS

To resolve refrigerant management issues of a national retailer replaced R-11 centrifugal chillers at 8 locations from Southeastern Virginia thru the DC and surrounding metro area.

Work was performed during store operating hours without disruption to cooling. Installed variable frequency drives (inverters) on water pumps to control condenser water flow. Rebuilt and overhauled two additional 250-ton centrifugal chillers.
